The Danna Langkawi is very attractive with wonderfully attentive staff. The rooms are large with beautifully equipped bathrooms.
Staff were very polite and attentive, senior staff well experienced but juniors still being trained, particularly in the kitchens.
Menu was rather limited due to recent opening and staff training but good quality, and Xmas meals were very good.

Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort is a nice hotel with good service that the hotel provide to me as a guest.
Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Willing to do anything to help.The staff said they want give a service to a guest like you are part of thier family.
