Guests are housed in single-storey Malaysian chalets with spacious timber flooring (52 sq m in size), private balconies, oversized bathrooms with showers and bathtubs as well as modern room facilities. Guests have a choice of either one kingsize or two single beds. These rooms are located away from the lobby.

Guests are housed in either a double or single-storey Malaysian chalet with spacious timber flooring (52 sq m in size), a private balcony, oversized bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as modern room facilities. Guests have a choice of either one kingsize or two single beds with all rooms offering a view of the tropical rain forest and garden.
Sea Facing
A 52 sq m room with a spacious balcony in either a double or single-storey chalet style. Room balconies offers a partial view of the Andaman Sea. Its a nice hotel with good service that the hotel provide to me as a guest.... the staff said they want give a service to a guest like you are part of thier family.. its good...an everything going soomth.....even my wife also extra happy... conslusion:....excited to go to that hotel again...

The Sheraton is well-positoned - it's only 10 minutes' drive from the airport and 15 minutes to Pantai Cenang. The Langkawi Cable Car and Telaga Tujuh waterfall is also a convenient 15-minute drive away. Our room overlooked the bay and the amazing thing is seeing hornbills throughout my stay. There were monkeys too but they were not a nuisance. Expect to do a lot of walking around the resort because it consists of chalets scattered over the property (and a very hilly ...more [+]property it is too). The rooms do need to be refurbished - the wooden floor of our room need a new coat of shellac and the patio and closet doors need fixing/replacing. There were no problems with basic amenities e.g. electric kettle, hot water, tea & coffee, towels.
