Room was so lovely, particularly the bath room was fantastic. thru the window next to bath tube, you can see port and feel so nice. biut that's it. food is not good at hotel and too slow to get. (took a hour to get one glass of cocktail at pool bar) also if you want beach activities such as snorkeling, it is not good place to stay. this hotel has its beach, but almost impossible to swim or enjoy snorkeling. however it has nice&big pool, as well as beaiful view. close to the airport

The hotel is very attractive with wonderfully attentive staff. The rooms are large with beautifully equipped bathrooms. The official opening was only 2 weeks before and it is clear that while the main work has been completed the hotel is a work in progress. Staff were very polite and attentive, senior staff well experienced but juniors still being trained, particularly in the kitchens. Menu was rather limited due to recent opening and staff training but good quality, and Xmas meals were very good.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were a little put off by the location right next to the marina and seemingly just off the side of the road. All of this was quickly forgotten as the level of service and facilities are simply top notch. The rooms have a classic style of luxury and comfort that carries all the way to the billiards room, pool, restaurants, and the rest of the hotel. It is only a 15 min cab ride to main stretch of Palangi beach but don't miss the food and restaurants right at your footsteps. The complimentary yoga classes are very nice as well and breakfast had a good selection with quality food. The waiters are also excellent always offering to help bring you things even though it is a buffet.
